By using The Inara Beacon you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable. If anything is unclear, write to hello@inarabeacon.app.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared.

Subscriptions

Premium access is billed by Stripe, monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by consumer law in your country.

Your content

Reflections, journal entries and questions you write belong to you. You grant us only the limited right to store and process them so the product can function. You may export or delete them at any time.

Generated content

Personalised readings, essence portraits, melodies and mandalas are generated for you and are yours to keep. They are not certified by any astrologer, therapist or other professional.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse the API, resell access, automate large volumes of questions, or use the platform to harm yourself or anyone else. See our Community Guidelines.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is material, we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.
